The RTN is not intended to replace in-store or regional training programs that are available to you from a number of resources. A quality retail training strategy incorporates three types of training tactics to be successful, 1) Immediate, 2) On-Going, and 3) Comprehensive training. The RTN provides the Immediate and On Going to supplement the Comprehensive training you may participate in elsewhere.

RTN provides the difference between watering your lawn with the occasional “downpour” (of training) versus watering your lawn with a soaker hose (of training). The occasional “downpour” will get your lawn wet very quickly, but most of it runs off and doesn't get very deep. Plus, it's hard to schedule a “downpour” right when and where you need it.
